1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 711jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 711jili.app (the "Platform"). 3Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 711jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): 711jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: 711jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the Platform.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

711jili supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 711jili account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 711jili does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 711jili aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 711jili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5Bonuses & Promotions

711jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who meet the criteria specified in the relevant promotion. 711jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Amendments: 711jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 711jili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all games:

• Game Outcomes: All game outcomes on 711jili are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes conducted by trained dealers. 711jili does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 711jili reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711jili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or identity fraud.

8Responsible Gaming

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 711jili Platform — including but not limited to the 711jili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 711jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 711jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond 711jili's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 711jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12Amendments to These Terms

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 711jili Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 711jili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
